This paper and photographic presentation is a celebration of the work of Bernie Gough and Henry Power, two Skerries men who enjoyed taking photographs of Skerries scenes and events that often captured people in natural pose. The photographs were found in the Society’s archive and cover the period from the nineteen fifties to the nineteen nineties. They record how the town has changed over the years and are also a nostalgic trip back in time for those who lived through the period.
