Long term Skerries resident, Ray Taylor, will talk about his long and varied career in overseas aid work with such organisations as OSCE (Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe), Concern Worldwide, UNHCR (United Nations High Commission for Refugees), and in joint operations with UNWFP (United Nations World Food programme.
With nineteen overseas missions under his belt, he has visited some of the poorest and most devastated parts of the world including Bosnia, South Sudan, Sierra Leone, Darfur, Somalia, Zimbabwe, Afghanistan and Lebanon.
